COVID-19 Emergency Courier Service Form
The Borough of Chatham is coordinating with local volunteers to ensure that citizens who are unable to care for themselves as a result of illness, or who are in quarantine, can get some needed supplies (prescriptions, over-the-counter medications, small grocery items, etc.) without leaving home and cross contaminating others. If you need help and do not have the ability or support network to care for yourself, please fill out the information below.
