FEMA’s website is FEMA.gov/disaster/hurricane-Ida, or residents can visit the Disaster Recovery Center in Morris Plains at the Morris Plains Community Center-51 Jim Fear Dr., Morris Plains, NJ 07950 open 8:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. ET. Monday through Thursday; Closed: Friday, Saturday, Sunday. The small business administration also has low interest loans available and can be contacted at sba.gov.

AMERICAN RIVER is a cinematic adventure about a 4-day, 80-mile kayak journey down one of the most beautiful and neglected rivers in the nation: New Jersey's Passaic River. The central character is Mary Bruno, who spent her childhood afraid of the polluted stretch of the Passaic near her home. Decades later, she returns to explore the river of her youth and tell its story.

When and Where can I vote early?
Based on state guidelines, there are seven locations throughout Morris County for early voting. Eligible Morris County residents can vote at any of the seven locations. View Early Voting locations. 
Early voting for the 2021 General Election will take place on Saturday October 23 through Sunday October 31. 
Hours: Monday - Saturday: 10AM - 8PM Sunday - 10AM - 6PM
